No Refunds – Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange.

Lifetime Warranty Exchanges

For products covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we will replace your item for a R199 processing fee. This fee covers shipping and handling.

Our jewellery is made using high-quality materials, including 925 sterling silver and premium stainless steel. While these materials are suitable for most people, we cannot guarantee that every customer will not experience skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Wild Heart Jewellery is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, scratches, broken chains due to pulling, or general wear over time.
